Code of Conduct for Students
The College strives to maintain a safe, disciplined, and inclusive academic
environment. Every student is expected to uphold integrity, respect, and responsibility.
Discipline and Behavior
- Students shall maintain discipline, dignity, and decorum on campus.
- Respectful and courteous behavior towards faculty, staff, and peers is mandatory.
- Any form of misconduct, violence, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Academic Integrity
- Students must attend classes regularly and participate actively.
- Honesty must be maintained in examinations, assignments, and projects.
- Cheating, plagiarism, or unfair practices will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Attendance and Punctuality
- Students shall meet attendance requirements prescribed by the College.
- Punctuality in classes, examinations, and college activities is expected.
Respect for Diversity and Inclusion
- Discrimination or harassment of any kind is not permitted.
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
- Students must promote harmony and mutual respect on campus.
Dress Code
- Students must follow the prescribed dress code of the College.
- Dress should be neat, modest, and suitable for an academic environment.
Use of College Property
- College property and resources must be used responsibly.
- Damage to college property will invite penalties and disciplinary action.
Prohibited Activities
- Use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, or narcotic substances is prohibited.
- Carrying weapons, gambling, or illegal activities are strictly banned.
- Use of mobile phones in classrooms is restricted unless permitted.
Digital and Online Conduct
- Students must behave responsibly on digital platforms and social media.
- Posting content that harms the reputation of the College is prohibited.
- Misuse of college digital resources will attract disciplinary action.
Disciplinary Action
- Violation of this Code may result in warning, fine, suspension, or expulsion.
- The decision of the College authorities shall be final and binding.
